Volunteer during Ronse 2025

Are you passionate about (para)-sport or would you like to be part of the beating heart of the World Championships organisation? Then don't miss Ronse 2025! Find out below which positions we are still looking to fill. We are also looking for volunteers for other positions, so apply and we will find a suitable task for you.
Did you know that you can also volunteer for your association or club? In that case, the volunteer allowance will go entirely to your association. Because volunteering together is so much more fun. It's the perfect team building activity!
Will you take care of these tasks?
- Volunteer at the various car parks:
- We are looking for around ten people for each competition day, as well as for the days before.
- Car park attendants, access control and organisation of the car parks
- Access control venues
- Daily adjustment of the course (physical work). This is only in the morning and evening; during the day you are free to watch the race. Below you will find the exact times. It is also possible to help only in the morning or only in the evening.
- Wed 27/8: 11 a.m.-3 p.m. (training)
- Thu 28/8: setting up 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and dismantling 5 p.m.-7.30 p.m.
- Fri 29/8: 7 a.m.-10 a.m. and 3 p.m.-5.30 p.m.
- Sat 30/8: 7 a.m.-10 a.m. and 5 p.m.-7 p.m.
- Sun 31/8: 7 a.m.-10 a.m. and 7 p.m.-midnight
- Set-up in the week prior to the event on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
